By creating an account or continuing to use CrochetStudio, you agree to these terms. If you are using CrochetStudio on behalf of a business, you confirm you are allowed to accept these terms for it. If you are using it yourself, you confirm you are of legal age in your country.

CrochetStudio is a web tool for writing crochet patterns. It lets you tap stitch abbreviations, number rows and rounds, count stitches automatically, attach step photos, save patterns to your account, and download them as PDF and Word documents. A free plan is available, and a paid Pro plan unlocks unlimited styled PDF downloads, more step photos per pattern, and your designer details in the PDF footer.

Keep your login details private — you are responsible for everything done through your account. Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date. Tell us straight away if you believe someone else has access to your account.

You keep full ownership and copyright of every pattern, photo, caption and note you create or upload in CrochetStudio. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, process and display your content so we can run the service for you — for example saving your patterns, generating your PDF, and showing your photos back to you. We do not sell your patterns, publish them, or use them to promote CrochetStudio without your permission.

Swecraftcorner owns CrochetStudio itself — the software, design, PDF templates, documentation and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service under the plan you have chosen. You may not resell or redistribute the service, reverse engineer it, or work around its technical limits, including the export and photo limits of the free plan.

You agree not to misuse CrochetStudio. In particular, you must not:

• use it for anything unlawful, or in breach of anyone else's rights;
• upload patterns, text or photos that infringe someone else's copyright;
• use it for fraud, spam, or to send unsolicited messages;
• interfere with its security — uploading malware, probing or scanning our systems, or scraping the service by automated means.

If you believe content in CrochetStudio infringes your rights, write to support@swecraftcorner.com and we will review it. We may remove infringing content and close the accounts of repeat infringers.

We work hard to keep CrochetStudio running, but we cannot promise the service will be uninterrupted, error-free or always available. Features may change over time. To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Always keep your own copies of patterns that matter to you — downloading a Word or PDF file is free and unlimited on every plan.

Monthly and yearly Pro subscriptions include a 7-day free trial with a payment method. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, billing starts at the price shown on our pricing page. Subscriptions renew automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time — after a paid period starts, your Pro features stay active until the end of that period.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Billing, payment, tax and cancellation mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Refunds are described in our Refund Policy.

We may suspend or end your access if you materially break these terms, if payment for your subscription is not made, if there is a security or fraud risk, or if you repeatedly or seriously breach our acceptable use rules. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will contact you first.

You may stop using CrochetStudio at any time. After your account closes, you will have 30 days to ask us to export your saved patterns, after which your content may be deleted.

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost profits, lost sales, lost data or lost goodwill. Our total liability to you is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or anything else that cannot be excluded by law.

You agree to cover us for claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of Sweden, and the courts of Sweden will handle any dispute, unless mandatory consumer law in your country gives you the right to use your local courts. You may not transfer your rights under these terms without our consent; we may transfer ours as part of a merger, acquisition or sale of the business. Neither of us is responsible for failures caused by events outside our reasonable control. If we update these terms, we will post the new version here and change the date at the top.
